..Title Amending Chapter 14-1000 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Historic Preservation," by expanding the jurisdiction of the Historical Commission over sites within historic districts that were undeveloped at the time of designation of the districts and making conforming amendments to other sections of Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 14. ZONING AND PLANNING * * * CHAPTER 14-1000. HISTORIC PRESERVATION * * * § 14-1003. Historical Commission. * * * (2) Powers and Duties. The powers and duties of the Philadelphia Historical Commission shall be as follows: * * * (f) Review and [comment] act upon all applications for building permits to construct buildings, structures, or objects within historic districts, pursuant to § 14-1005; * * * § 14-1005. Regulation. * * * [(4) Comment Review.
