..Title Amending Chapter 12-2700 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Permit Parking Districts," by changing district boundaries and adjusting the fee for the issuance and renewal of resident parking permits. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Chapter 12-2700 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Permit Parking Districts," is hereby amended to add subsections as follows: CHAPTER 12-2700. PERMIT PARKING DISTRICTS. * * * § 12-2703. Designation of Permit Parking Districts. * * * (2) Permit Parking Districts Enumerated. (l) District 12 - The area bounded by west side of Oxford avenue to [Wakeling street] Cheltenham avenue, south side of[Wakeling Street] Cheltenham avenue to the Regional High Speed Line, west side of Regional High Speed Line to the Frankford Creek, Frankford Creek to Castor avenue, ease side of Castor avenue to Oxford avenue. * * * § 12-2705. Issuance of Resident Parking Permits. (a) Subject to the provisions of subsections (b), (c), (d), and (e) of this Section, the Department of Licenses and Inspections shall issue one (1) resident parking permit for the vehicle described in the application to an applicant who has submitted a completed permit application and an annual permit fee of thirty-five ($35.00) dollars [and completed permit application one (1) resident parking permit for the vehicle described in the application] for the first vehicle in a household; fifty ($50.00) dollars for the second vehicle in a household; seventy-five ($75.00) dollars for the third vehicle in a household; and one hundred ($100.00) dollars for the fourth or more vehicles in a household. * * * [§ 12-2706. Renewal of Resident Parking Permits. (a) Upon submission by the holder of a resident parking permit of a renewal fee of twenty (20) dollars and a completed renewal application on or before the expiration date of the holder's resident parking permit, the Department of Licenses and Inspections shall issue a new resident parking permit to the applicant. (b) The expiration date of resident parking permits shall be one (1) year from the date of issuance.] * * * SECTION 2.
