Transmitting a resolution, approving the redevelopment contract of the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the Model Cities Urban Renewal Area, identified by house numbers and street addresses as 2108-2144 Cecil B. Moore avenue, 2105-2147 Nicholas street and 1631-1637 North Twenty-second street; and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with MPower Development Corp. and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority.
