..Title Authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2013 from the Grants Revenue Fund, the Director of Finance - Provision for Other Grants and from the Acute Care Hospital Fund, the Department of Public Health to the Acute Care Hospital Fund, the Department of Public Health - State Payment. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2013 from the Grants Revenue Fund to and within the Acute Care Hospital Fund: FROM: GRANTS REVENUE FUND 9.17 THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE - PROVISION FOR OTHER GRANTS Advances and Other Miscellaneous Payments $ 2,898,256 Total $ 2,898,256 Total "FROM" Grants Revenue Fund $ 2,898,256 FROM: ACUTE CARE HOSPITAL FUND 15.1 THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH Personal Services $ 1,294,922 Total $ 1,294,922 Total "FROM" Acute Care Hospital Fund $ 1,294,922 Total "FROM" Section $ 4,193,178 TO: ACUTE CARE HOSPITAL FUND 15.2 THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH - STATE PAYMENT Purchase of Services $ 4,193,178 Total $ 4,193,178 Total "TO" Section $ 4,193,178 SECTION 2.
