..Title Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by revising certain provisions relating to the City Avenue Overlay District as it pertains to signage. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 14. ZONING AND PLANNING * * * CHAPTER 14-500. OVERLAY ZONING DISTRICTS * * * § 14-509. /CAO, City Avenue Overlay District. * * * (q) Signs (.1) Accessory wall and projecting signs shall be limited to one sign per tenant and be of the following maximum size along each building frontage: (.1)(.a) Wall sign: 65 sq. ft. The total area of all wall signs per building on any property within the District may not exceed the limits established for CMX-2 and CMX-2.5 zones delineated in Table 14-904-1. (.2)(.b) Projecting sign: 25 sq. ft. (.3) Freestanding sign: 50 sq. ft. (.2) Accessory Freestanding signs shall be limited to one sign of a maximum size of 50 square feet along each building frontage. SECTION 2.
