..Title Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by revising use regulations relating to medical, dental and health practitioners in certain areas of the City, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 14. ZONING AND PLANNING * * * CHAPTER 14-500. OVERLAY ZONING DISTRICTS * * * § 14-516. /First Council Overlay District (1) Boundaries. The First Council Overlay District applies to lots located within: (a) All divisions of the 1st Ward; divisions 1-8; 10-18; 23-27 of the 2nd Ward; divisions 1-14; 16; 18-19; 21-22; 24-29 of the 5th Ward; division 5 of the 18th Ward; All divisions of the 25th Ward; divisions 1; 3-8; and 10-19 of the 31st Ward; divisions 1-13; 15-35; 37-40; 42-46 of the 39th Ward; and divisions 7-11; 13-14; 16-19; 21-22; 24 of the 45th Ward, as shown for illustrative purposes only on the following map; (2) Regulations. Medical Dental and Health Practitioner (Solo Practitioner and Group Practitioner) uses are prohibited in CMX-1, CMX-2, CMX-2.5, CMX-3, CMX-4,,CMX-5, CA-1, CA-2, IRMX, ICMX, I-1, and I-2 districts.
