..Title Amending Section 12-1005 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Use of Parking Meters," by increasing the designated fee for one hour of parking required by that Section, to one (1) dollar. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 12-1005 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: § 12-1005. Use of Parking Meters. * * * (2) Except in areas otherwise provided for in this Section or expressly provided for by special ordinances, the designated fee to be deposited in all parking meters shall be up to [fifty (.50) cents] one (1) dollar for one (1) hour of parking. All moneys deposited in all parking meters above fifty (.50) cents per hour shall be allocated to the School District of Philadelphia. ___________________________________ Explanation: [Brackets] indicate matter deleted.
