..Title Establishing a one-way regulation on Conlyn Street, from North 21st Street to Kemble Avenue, eastbound. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 12-203 of The Philadelphia Code, the following one-way regulation, heretofore established on a trial basis, is hereby established: Conlyn Street, from North 21st Street to Kemble Avenue, eastbound. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately. ..End
