Moore Avenue Urban Renewal Area, identified by house numbers and street addresses as 1725-1727 Cecil B. Moore avenue and 1735 Cecil B. Moore avenue; authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with HMZ One LLC and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Executive Diretor of the Redevelopment Authority.
