..Title Amending Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code, by amending Section 9-212 relating to newsstands by prohibiting newsstands in the area bounded by Spring Garden Street, Broad Street, Callowhill Street, and 16th Street; all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 9. REGULATION OF BUSINESSES, TRADES AND PROFESSIONS. * * * § 9-212. Newsstands. * * * (4) Location of Newsstands. * * * (e) There shall be no newsstand in the following locations: * * * (.10) The area bounded by the north side of Spring Garden Street, the south side of Callowhill Street, the east side of Broad Street, and the west side of 16th Street.
