Title 4 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 4. THE PHILADELPHIA BUILDING CONSTRUCTION AND OCCUPANCY CODE * * * SUBCODE "PM" (THE PHILADELPHIA PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE) * * * CHAPTER 6 FIRE AND LIFE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS * * * SECTION PM-607.0 SOLAR PANEL REGISTRATION PM-607.1. No person shall maintain or install a solar panel on the roof of any property without registering such installation with the Fire Department, in such manner as may be prescribed by the Fire Department.
