..Title Amending Section 5 of an Ordinance (Bill No.130463), approved July 11, 2013, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing Fond Bistro Inc. dba Fond Restaurant to construct, own and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 1537 S. 11th Street, Philadelphia, PA, under certain terms and conditions," by extending the time for compliance with the authorization conditions therein. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 5 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 130463), approved July 11, 2013 is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 5. The permission granted to Owner to construct, own and maintain the Encroachments shall expire without any further action by the City of Philadelphia if Owner has not entered into an Agreement and satisfied all requirements of the Agreement that are listed in Section 3 of this Ordinance [within one (1) year after this Ordinance becomes law] by July 1, 2015. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall not become effective unless the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00), toward the costs thereof, is paid into the City Treasury within sixty (60) days after this Ordinance becomes law. ________________________________ Explanation: [Brackets] indicate matter deleted.
