..Title Authorizing the transfer in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2015 within the General Fund, from the Department of Human Services - Prisons to the Office of Housing and Community Development, to support landscaping and lot-cleaning jobs in the Philadelphia Re-Entry Employment Program for Returning Citizens, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfer in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2015 within the General Fund. FROM: GENERAL FUND 2.28 FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES - PHILADELPHIA PRISONS Purchase of Services $ 500,000 Total $ 500,000 Total "FROM" Section $ 500,000 TO: GENERAL FUND 2.7 TO THE MAYOR - OFFICE OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT Purchase of Services $ 500,000 Total $ 500,000 Total "TO" Section $ 500,000 SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect when, and only if, the Office of Housing and Community Development and the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society have entered into an agreement to hire citizens returning from incarceration to perform landscaping and lot-cleaning services on vacant lots city-wide utilizing the Philadelphia Re-Entry Employment Program. ..End
