("Owner") to construct, own and maintain an open air sidewalk café at 1871 Cottman Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19111 ("Property")," under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Bill Number 140490, signed by the Mayor on August 5, 2014, is hereby repealed in its entirety. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately. ..End
