..Title Amending Title 4 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "The Philadelphia Building Construction and Occupancy Code," by amending Subcode "PM" (The Philadelphia Property Maintenance Code), by adding the Tenth Councilmanic District to the list of areas covered by certain building standards, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 4 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 4. THE PHILADELPHIA BUILDING CONSTRUCTION AND OCCUPANCY CODE * * * CHAPTER 4-200.0. TEXT OF SUBCODES * * * SUBCODE "PM" (THE PHILADELPHIA PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE) * * * SECTION PM-704.0 BUILDING STANDARDS APPLICABLE TO DESIGNATED AREAS * * * PM-704.3.2 Specified areas: Neighborhood commercial areas shall consist of the following: * * * 5. All commercial corridors and neighborhood commercial properties throughout the Tenth Councilmanic District, as defined by Section 20-501 of The Philadelphia Code, relating to boundaries of Councilmanic Districts. * * * SECTION 2. Effective January 1, 2015, Title 4 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 4.
