..Title Authorizing the construction of a sewer and appurtenant work in a proposed right-of-way, required to alleviate unsanitary conditions in a portion of Adams Avenue. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Procurement Commissioner is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the construction of a public sewer and appurtenant work, in accordance with Chapter 13-400 of The Philadelphia Code, required to provide public sewer service, in the following location: Adams Avenue from Orthodox Street to Castor Avenue. ..End
