..Title Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by revising the size requirements for accessory structures for residential uses, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 14. ZONING AND PLANNING. * * * CHAPTER 14-600. USE REGULATIONS. * * * § 14-604. Accessory Uses and Structures. * * * (1) General. * * * (d) Accessory structures must be constructed in conjunction with or after the principal structure. They may not be constructed before the principal structure. An accessory structure for a residential use shall not exceed [the greater of 200 sq. ft. or 25 percent of the gross floor area of the principal structure] 130 sq. ft. and shall not exceed 15 feet in height, unless otherwise stated by other provisions of the Zoning Code. * * * SECTION 2.
