..Title Authorizing the City Solicitor, on behalf of the City, to enter into a multi-year contract with a provider of codification, editing, and marketing services to produce printed and electronic versions of the 11th edition of The Philadelphia Code, a Zoning and Planning Supplement and the 2015 Reprint of The Philadelphia Home Rule Charter, with periodic supplements to each, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The City Solicitor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with a provider of codification, editing, and marketing services to produce printed and electronic versions of the 11th edition of The Philadelphia Code, a Zoning and Planning Supplement and the 2015 Reprint of The Philadelphia Home Rule Charter, with periodic supplements to each. Such contract may be for a term in excess of one year, but not for a term in excess of four years. The City Solicitor shall include in such contract such other terms and conditions as she deems necessary or appropriate in the interests of the City. ..End
