..Title Authorizing the Public Property Commissioner, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to accept from The School District of Philadelphia title to certain parcels of land located within an area bounded by Media Street to the North, N. 52nd Street to the East, Master Street to the South, and N. Peach Street to the West, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Public Property Commissioner, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, is authorized to accept as a donation a deed from The School District of Philadelphia that conveys title to the City to certain parcels of land located within an area bounded by Media Street to the North, N. 52nd Street to the East, Master Street to the South, and N. Peach Street to the West ("the Donation Parcels"), identified in Exhibit A to this Ordinance; and authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute all other documents necessary or appropriate for the purpose of accepting title to the Donated Parcel. SECTION 2. The City Solicitor is authorized to include in the deed to be executed by The School District of Philadelphia those provisions that the City Solicitor deems necessary or appropriate to protect the interests of the City, and to prepare all additional agreements and documents that the City Solicitor deems necessary or appropriate to protect the interests of the City. ..End
