..Title Authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2014 within the Water Fund from certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions to certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2014 within the Water Fund: FROM: WATER FUND 3.5 WATER DEPARTMENT Purchase of Services $ 17,204,939 Total $ 17,204,939 Total "FROM" Section $ 17,204,939 TO: WATER FUND 3.5 WATER DEPARTMENT Payments to Other Funds $ 17,204,939 Total $ 17,204,939 Total "TO" Section $ 17,204,939 SECTION 2.
