..Title Authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2015 from the Grants Revenue Fund, the Director of Finance - Provision for Other Grants to certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions in the General Fund. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2015 from the Grants Revenue Fund to the General Fund. FROM: GRANTS REVENUE FUND 9.16 THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE - PROVISION FOR OTHER GRANTS Advances and Other Miscellaneous Payment $ 11,000,000 Total $ 11,000,000 Total "FROM" Section $ 11,000,000 TO: GENERAL FUND 2.1 THE COUNCIL Purchase of Services $ 6,000,000 Total $ 6,000,000 2.50 THE DIRECTOR OF COMMERCE Purchase of Services $ 5,000,000 Total $ 5,000,000 Total "TO" Section $ 11,000,000 SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect when, and only if, the City has received the sale proceeds from the sale of the Love Park Parking Garage pursuant to Bill Number 130902 and the Director of Commerce has entered into a four-year agreement with the Avenue of the Arts North and the Avenue of the Arts South, respectively, for program management and promotional services. ..End
