..Title To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Eleventh Street, Susquehanna Street, Tenth Street, and Diamond Street. Further to approve the Master Plan for Temple University by adding the site bounded by Eleventh Street, Susquehanna Avenue, Tenth Street, and Diamond Street; and the site bounded by Broad Street, Master Street, Thirteenth Street, Girard Avenue, Watts Street, and Thompson Street; to their Institutional (Special Purpose) District and approving various construction projects. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 14-106 of The Philadelphia Code, the Philadelphia Zoning Maps are hereby amended by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land within an area bounded by Eleventh Street, Susquehanna Street, Tenth Street, and Diamond Street, from the existing zoning designations indicated on Map "A" set forth below to the zoning designations indicated on Map "B" set forth below. SECTION 2. Pursuant to Section 14-304(4) of The Philadelphia Code, Institutional (Special Purpose) District for Temple University is hereby amended by allowing for the construction of their new library facility at the corner of Thirteenth Street and Norris Street, for a new addition to Weiss Hall, at the corner of Twelfth Street, and Cecil B. Moore Avenue, and as set forth in attached Exhibit "A", which is on file with the Chief Clerk's Office, and a copy of which is attached hereto for reference. SECTION 3.
