The following parking regulation is hereby established: Bainbridge street, north side, 18th street to 17th street Two-Hour Parking 8:00 A.M. to 6:30 P.M. Monday - Saturday Except #1 SECTION 2 The following parking regulation is hereby established: 18th street, both sides, Bainbridge street to Fitzwater street Two-Hour Parking 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. Monday - Saturday Except #1 SECTION 3. The following parking regulation is hereby established: Carlisle street, west side, Porter street to Shunk street Two-Hour Parking 8:00 A.M. to 6:30 P.M. Monday - Friday Except RPP #27 SECTION 4.
