..Title Amending Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Farmers' Markets," by adding as a permissible location the north side of West Tabor Road from North Park Avenue to North 13th Street, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: § 9-213. Farmers' Markets. * * * (7) Permissible Locations: Farmers Markets at the following locations shall be permitted: * * * (ddd) the sidewalk and curb lane of the north side of West Tabor Road from North Park Avenue to North 13th Street. * * * ___________________________________ Explanation: Italics indicate new matter added. ..End
