..Title Authorizing the Public Property Commissioner, on behalf of the City, to accept title from Natural Lands Trust, Inc., to a certain approximately 6 acre parcel of land known as 7900 Cherokee Street or Lane, subject to a conservation easement granted by the Natural Land Trust, Inc., to Wissahickon Valley Watershed Association, and incorporating the parcel into Wissahickon Valley Park, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Public Property Commissioner, on behalf of the City, is hereby authorized to accept as a donation a deed from Natural Lands Trust, Inc., that conveys title to the City to a certain parcel of land known as 7900 Cherokee Street (also known as 7900 Cherokee Lane) (the "Donation Parcel"), in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, generally in the area identified in Exhibit "A" to this Ordinance, subject to a conservation easement previously granted by Natural Land Trust, Inc., to the Wissahickon Valley Watershed Association by a Conservation Easement dated May 6, 1987, and authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute all other documents necessary or appropriate for the purpose of accepting title to the Donation Parcel. SECTION 2. Upon vesting of title in the City, the parcel shall be deemed incorporated into the Wissahickon Valley Park, and shall likewise be a part of the Fairmount Park System, consistent with Section 15-201 of The Philadelphia Code. SECTION 3. The City Solicitor is authorized to include in the deed to be executed by Natural Lands Trust, Inc., those provisions that the City Solicitor deems necessary or appropriate to protect the interests of the City, and to prepare all additional agreements and documents that the City Solicitor deems necessary or appropriate to protect the interests of the City and to properly carry out the purposes of this Ordinance. ..End
