..Title Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," to provide for notice to be given to the Director of Commerce in connection with certain zoning and planning applications for permits, approvals and variances, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is amended as follows: TITLE 14. PLANNING AND ZONING * * * CHAPTER 14-300. ADMINISTRATION AND PROCEDURES * * * § 14-303. Common Procedures and Requirements. Procedures that are common to several types of applications for permits, approvals, or variances are provided for in this section. * * * (12) Neighborhood Notice and Meetings. * * * (d) Initial Notice from the Applicant to RCOs and Others. (.1) Within ten days after receiving the notice provided by the Commission under subsection (b), an applicant must provide written notice of its application to: * * * (.d) The Commission; [and] (.e) The Zoning Board or Civic Design Review Committee, as applicable; and (.f) Director of Commerce in cases involving property that is in a district classified as an Industrial or Industrial Mixed-Use District. ___________________________________ Explanation: [Brackets] indicate matter deleted.
