Third Street and Bodine Street ("Property")", under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Bill Number 120396, passed by Council on September 13, 2012, is hereby repealed in its entirety. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately. ..End
