..Title To amend the Institutional Development District Master Plan of the Holy Redeemer Lafayette retirement community, located at 8560 Verree Road, by allowing for an addition to the Skilled Nursing Building. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 14-304(4) of The Philadelphia Code, The Institutional Development District Master Plan of the Holy Redeemer Lafayette retirement community is hereby amended by allowing for the addition of a three-story, approximately 9,000 square feet building to the Skilled Nursing Building, for use as cafeteria, activity, and office uses, as set forth in attached Exhibit "A", which is on file with the Chief Clerk's Office, and a copy of which is attached hereto for reference. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately. ..End EXHIBIT "A"
