..Title Amending Chapter 14-300 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Administration and Procedures," to add requirements related to the recording of survey plans and final plats, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Chapter 14-300 of The Philadelphia Code is amended as follows: CHAPTER 14-300. ADMINISTRATION AND PROCEDURES. * * * § 14-304. Specific Procedures. * * * (6) Lot Adjustments. * * * (b) Procedure. * * * (.3) The procedure for review and decision on a lot adjustment is: * * * (.c) The applicant must record deeds and the approved survey plan [at] with the [Records] Department of Records. The deed or deeds must include the legal description of, and the proposed street address and tax account number assigned by the Office of Property Assessment for, each lot on the approved survey plan. * * * (7) Subdivisions and Subdivision Plats. * * * (e) Final Plat. * * * (.5) [Upon the completion of an as-built survey, one copy of the portion of the Final Plat covered by the as-built survey shall be recorded by the subdivider in the Department of Records.] The subdivider must record with the Department of Records deeds and, in full or by section, the approved Final Plat. The deed or deeds must include the legal description of, and the proposed street address and tax account number assigned by the Office of Property Assessment for, each lot on the approved Final Plat. * * * ___________________________________ Explanation: [Brackets] indicate matter deleted.
