..Title Amending Bill No. 150162-A (approved June 18, 2015), entitled "An Ordinance to adopt a Capital Program for the six Fiscal Years 2016-2021 inclusive," as amended by Bill No. 150611 (approved October 2015), by adding and revising certain projects, amounts and sources, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 1 of Bill No. 150162-A (approved June 18, 2015), as amended by Bill No. 150611 (approved October 2015), is hereby further amended to read as follows (matter added by amendment is in italics; matter deleted by amendment is in strikethrough): SECTION 1. A Capital Program for the six Fiscal Years 2016 to 2021, inclusive, totaling eight billion nine hundred eighty-nine ninety-two million eight three hundred forty-seven thousand (8,989,847,000) (8,992,347,000) dollars in estimated costs, is hereby adopted as set forth in the attached Exhibit A. SECTION 2. Exhibit A of Bill No. 150162-A (approved June 18, 2015), as amended by Bill No. 150611 (approved October 20, 2015), is hereby further amended to read as follows (matter added by amendment is in ink; matter deleted by amendment is in strikethrough): (See attached for amendments) ..End
