..Title Approving the reappointment of Beverly Coleman to the Board of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority. ..Body WHEREAS, The Public Transportation Law, 74 Pa. C.S. § 1713, provides that appointments of the Mayor to the Board of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority must be approved by Council; and WHEREAS, The Mayor has proposed the reappointment of Beverly Coleman to the Board for a term ending September 1, 2020; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That the reappointment of Beverly Coleman as a member of the Board of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority, to serve in a term ending July 1, 2020, is hereby approved. ..End
