..Title Approving the appointment of Clarena Tolson to the Board of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority. ..Body WHEREAS, The Public Transportation Law, 74 Pa. C.S. § 1713, provides that appointments of the Mayor to the Board of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority must be approved by Council; and WHEREAS, The Mayor has proposed the appointment of Clarena Tolson to the Board for a term ending September 1, 2017; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That the appointment of Clarena Tolson as a member of the Board of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority, to serve in a term ending September 1, 2017, is hereby approved. ..End
