The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2016 within the General Fund: FROM: 2.1 THE COUNCIL Personal Services $ 125,000 Total $ 125,000 Total "FROM" Section $ 125,000 TO: 2.1 THE COUNCIL Purchase of Services $125,000 Total $125,000 Total "TO" Section $125,000 SECTION 2.
