..Title Amending Section 19-1701 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Tax Review Board" by providing a limited exception to the requirement that all hearings be public, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 19-1701 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: § 19-1701. Tax Review Board. * * * (3) Hearings and Decisions. * * * (e) All hearings of the Tax Review Board shall be open to the public, except as required by state law to protect the confidentiality of tax information. * * * SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately. ___________________________________ Explanation: Italics indicate new matter added. ..End
