..Title Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by revising Chapter 14-500, entitled "Overlay Zoning Districts," with respect to the North Delaware Avenue Neighborhood Commercial Area Overlay District; and by revising Chapter 14-800, entitled "Parking and Loading," with respect to the Delaware Waterfront area; all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 14. ZONING AND PLANNING. * * * CHAPTER 14-500. OVERLAY ZONING DISTRICTS. * * * § 14-503. /NCA, Neighborhood Commercial Area Overlay District. * * * (8) North Delaware Avenue. * * * (b) Use Regulations. (.1) Assembly and entertainment uses and the expansion or extension of assembly and entertainment uses shall be prohibited. (.2) Eating and drinking establishments shall be permitted by special exception, except within the area bounded by Spring Garden Street, Front Street, the Delaware Expressway (I-95), Lehigh Avenue, and the Delaware River, where the underlying zoning shall control. * * * CHAPTER 14-800. PARKING AND LOADING. * * * § 14-802. Motor Vehicle Parking Ratios. * * * (7) Regulations Applicable to Specific Areas. * * * (c) Delaware River Waterfront. Parking for sit-down restaurants and nightclubs and private clubs on a commercially-zoned lot within the area bounded by Rhawn street, the Delaware River, [the Philadelphia Naval Base] Allegheny Avenue, and the Delaware Expressway (I-95) [excluding the area bounded by the north side of Market street extended, the pierhead line of the Delaware River, the south side of South street extended and the easterly side of Christopher Columbus Boulevard (otherwise known as Penn's Landing), and further excluding the area bounded by Laurel Street, Frankford Avenue, and the east side of I-95,] as shown on the following map for illustrative purposes only, shall meet the following standards, notwithstanding any other parking requirements set forth in this Chapter 14-800 or elsewhere in this Zoning Code. * * * SECTION 2. The maps entitled "Delaware River Waterfront Parking for 'Sit-Down Restaurants and 'Nightclubs and Private Clubs,'", found at § 14-802(7)(c) of The Philadelphia Code, are hereby repealed and replaced with the following map: SECTION 3.
