The following parking regulation is hereby established: 13th street, north side, Wharton street to Federal street. Two Hour Parking 6:00 AM - Midnight Monday - Sunday Except RPP# 23 SECTION 2. The following parking regulation is hereby established: Clymer street, north side, 12th street to Fawn street. Two Hour Parking 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Monday - Sunday Except RPP# 22 SECTION 3. The following parking regulation is hereby established: 13th street, west side, Bainbridge street to Fitzwater street. Two Hour Parking 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM Monday - Friday Except RPP# 22 SECTION 4.
