..Title Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 140280) approved May 19, 2014, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 271 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Hope Street from Laurel Street to Pollard Street and reserving and placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for sewer and drainage purposes within the lines of Hope Street being stricken and authorizing acceptance of the grant to the City of the said right-of-way, under certain terms and conditions," by extending the period for compliance with the terms and conditions stated therein. ..Body WHEREAS, an Ordinance (Bill No. 140280) approved May 19, 2014 was conditional upon certain requirements being complied with within two (2) years from the date of approval; and WHEREAS, it is desirable to further extend the timeframe in which such conditions may be met; now, therefore THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 140280) approved May 19, 2014 is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [within two (2) years from the date this Ordinance becomes law] by May 19, 2018: * * * SECTION 2.
