..Title Prohibiting thru truck traffic on the 2800 block of Orthodox Street and the 2800 block of Hedley Street from Richmond Street to Bath Street, and establishing a truck route on Lewis Street between Richmond Street and Delaware Avenue, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The following truck regulation is hereby established: NO THRU TRUCKS The 2800 block of Orthodox Street from Richmond Street to Bath Street, and the 2800 block of Hedley Street from Richmond Street to Bath Street, SECTION 2. The following truck route is hereby established: TRUCK ROUTE Lewis Street between Richmond Street and Delaware Avenue. SECTION 3. This Ordinance will expire upon the determination by the Department of Streets that construction has been completed on Delaware Avenue between Allegheny Avenue and Buckius Street. ..End
