..Title Establishing a no parking regulation on Spruce Street, between Delaware Avenue and the 38th Parallel, both sides, and rescinding a prior parking regulation. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The following parking regulation is hereby rescinded: Three-Hour Parking 8 AM - 10 PM Monday thru Sunday Spruce Street between Delaware Avenue and the 38th Parallel, both sides. SECTION 2. The following no parking regulation is hereby established: NO PARKING ANYTIME Spruce Street between Delaware Avenue and the 38th Parallel, both sides. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately. ..End
