..Title Amending Chapter 9-1100 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Fair Practices Ordinance: Protections Against Unlawful Discrimination," by adding a requirement that the Human Relations Commission inform the Department of Licenses and Inspections of violations of this title, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Chapter 9-1100 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: CHAPTER 9-1100. FAIR PRACTICES ORDINANCE: PROTECTIONS AGAINST UNLAWFUL DISCRIMINATION. * * * § 9-1105. Remedies for Unlawful Employment Practices. * * * (2) The Commission shall inform the Department of Licenses and Inspections of any respondent who has engaged in an unlawful employment practice for denial or revocation of their commercial activity license pursuant to § 9-1105(4)(h). * * * § 9-1107. Remedies for Unlawful Public Accommodations Practices. * * * (2) The Commission shall inform the Department of Licenses and Inspections of any respondent who has engaged in an unlawful public accommodations practice for denial or revocation of their commercial activity license pursuant to § 9-1105(4)(h). * * * § 9-1110. Remedies for Unlawful Housing and Real Property Practices. * * * (2) The Commission shall inform the Department of Licenses and Inspections of any respondent who has engaged in an unlawful housing and real property practice for denial or revocation of their commercial activity license pursuant to § 9-1105(4)(h).
