..Title Amending Bill No. 160170 (approved June 20, 2016), entitled "An Ordinance to adopt a Capital Program for the six Fiscal Years 2017-2022 inclusive," by adding, revising, and/or removing certain projects, amounts and sources, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 1 of Bill No. 160170 (approved June 20, 2016) is hereby amended to read as follows (matter added by amendment is in bold; matter deleted by amendment is in strikeout): SECTION 1. A Capital Program for the six Fiscal Years 2017 to 2022, inclusive, totaling nine billion three hundred thirty-five thirty-six million five hundred fifty-four thousand and two hundred and four dollars ($ 9,335,554,204) ($ 9,336,554,204) in estimated costs, is hereby adopted as set forth in the attached Exhibit A. SECTION 2. Exhibit A of Bill No. 160170 (approved June 20, 2016) is hereby amended to incorporate the following changes: 1. Under the "FREE LIBRARY" category, immediately after the "Rebuilding Community Infrastructure" project, insert a new project with the following attributes: Project Id: 52A1 Budget Year: 2017 Project Name: Free Library Improvements Funding Source: GO Column: 2017 Amount: 1,000,000 2. Conform all subtotals and totals shown in Exhibit "A" to reflect the increased and additional appropriation set forth in this amendment. ..End
