..Title Amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Sales," by prohibiting vending on the east side of the 5800-6500 block of Castor Avenue between Oxford Avenue to Magee Avenue, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 9. REGULATION OF BUSINESSES, TRADES AND PROFESSIONS. * * * CHAPTER 9-200. COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES ON STREETS. * * * §9-205. Sidewalk Sales. * * * (8) Prohibited Conduct. No vendor or person shall: * * * (p) exhibit, display, offer for sale or sell any goods, wares, or merchandise or place or allow any stand to remain on the sidewalks of the following streets or any other location which the Council shall from time to time ordain: * * * (.396) East side of the 5800-6500 block of Castor Avenue between Oxford Avenue to Magee Avenue. * * * SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon becoming law. ..End
