..Title Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," to prohibit medical marijuana dispensary locations within 500 feet of any day care, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 14. ZONING AND PLANNING. * * * CHAPTER 14-600. USE REGULATIONS. * * * § 14-603. Use-Specific Standards. * * * (20) Medical Marijuana Dispensary. (a) Regulations and Standards. (.1) Separation Requirements. No medical marijuana dispensary use may be located: * * * (.g) Within 500 ft. of any public recreation center; [or] (.h) Within 500 ft. of any public library; or (.i) Within 500 ft. of any day care. ___________________________________ Explanation: [Brackets] indicate matter deleted.
