..Title Regulating the direction of movement of traffic on North 28th Street, from Allegheny Avenue to Clearfield Street. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 12-203 of The Philadelphia Code, the following one way regulation, is hereby terminated: North 28th Street, from Allegheny Avenue to Clearfield Street, southbound The following two-way regulation is hereby established: North 28th Street from Allegheny Avenue to Clearfield Street. No change is provided in existing parking regulations. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately. ..End
