..Title Approving the appointment of Rasheia Johnson to the Philadelphia Water, Sewer and Storm Water Rate Board. ..Body WHEREAS, Section 5-801 of The Philadelphia Home Rule Charter authorizes Council to establish a rate-making body to be responsible for fixing and regulating rates and charges for water and sewer services; and WHEREAS, Council has established, in subsection 13-101(3) of The Philadelphia Code, the Philadelphia Water, Sewer and Storm Water Rate Board for that purpose; and WHEREAS, The Mayor desires Council's approval of his appointments to that Board for terms proposed by the Mayor; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That the appointment of Rasheia Johnson as a member of the Philadelphia Water, Sewer and Storm Water Rate Board, to serve in the term ending July 1, 2019, is hereby approved. ..End
