..Title Establishing no truck parking and tow-away regulations on South 61st Street, both sides, from Harley Avenue to a point 350 feet southeast; the 2900 block of Island Avenue, both sides; the 2700, 2800 and 2900 blocks of South 84th Street, both sides; and the 7200 and 7300 blocks of Dicks Avenue. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The following no truck parking and tow-away zone regulations are hereby established: NO TRUCK PARKING ANYTIME TOW-AWAY ZONE SECTION 2. The regulation shall apply to the following locations: (a) South 61st Street, both sides, from Harley Avenue to a point 350 feet southeast (b) the 2900 block of Island Avenue, both sides; (c) the 2700, 2800 and 2900 blocks of South 84th Street, both sides; and (d) the 7200 and 7300 blocks of Dicks Avenue. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately. ..End
