The Commissioner of Public Property is hereby authorized, to acquire by purchase, condemnation or otherwise title, on behalf of the City, the 3900 block of Delancey Street from the Delancey Street Residents Association. SECTION 2. The City Solicitor is hereby authorized to impose such terms and conditions on the transaction authorized by this Ordinance as the City Solicitor deems necessary and proper to protect the interests of the City, and to carry out the purposes of this Ordinance. ..End 2
