Transmitting a bill authorizing the Water Commissioner, the Revenue Commissioner, and the Procurement Commissioner, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia ("City"), to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Philadelphia Municipal Authority ("Authority"), pursuant to which the City will assume certain obligations under a contract the Authority will enter into with Sensus USA Inc. ("Sensus") to provide, install, maintain and operate facilities and equipment for the automated collection and delivery of water usage data to the Revenue Department or other designated City department, all under certain terms and conditions.
