Transmitting a bill authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 222 by striking from the City Plan and vacating the legally open portion of Bristol Street from Adams Avenue to the Frankford Creek Channel, striking from the City Plan and vacating Leiper Street from Adams Avenue to the Frankford Creek Channel, striking from the City Plan Deal Street from Leiper Street to a point northeastwardly therefrom, and reserving and placing on the City Plan a right of way for sewer and drainage purposes within the lines of Bristol Street being stricken, all under certain terms and conditions.
