..Title Amending Chapter 12-1300 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Enforcement and Obedience to Traffic Regulations," by increasing the associated penalty for violating this Chapter. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Chapter 12-1300 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: CHAPTER 12-1300. ENFORCEMENT AND OBEDIENCE TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS. * * * § 12-1305. Penalty. Any person violating any of the provisions of this Chapter shall, upon summary conviction before a magistrate, pay a fine of [ten (10)] three hundred (300) dollars, together with costs of prosecution. * * * SECTION 2.
